  • exact dates for 1992-2012

  • short_business_days(): shortened business days are calculated by the Labor Code art. 116, the table SHORT_BUSINESS_DAYS is removed
  • croak on invalid dates in is_holiday, is_business_day, is_short_business_day
  • postponed days and working days on weekends are not repeated after the last year with data
  • locale priority: LC_ALL, LC_MESSAGES, LANG
  • Radonitsa is removed from the table of postponed days (it is calculated)
