original version; created by h2xs 1.20 with options -XA -b5.6.0 Lingua::DE::ASCII
with two methods: to_ascii and to_latin1
tested with 200 000 german words with mutations(Umlaute)

Perl extension to convert german umlauts to and from ascii

To install Lingua::DE::ASCII, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Lingua::DE::ASCII

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Lingua::DE::ASCII
