Fixed pod coverage test to stop wacky 5.9.* fail reports reported by Andreas Koenig.

A POE component that implements an RFC 862 Echo server.

To install POE::Component::Server::Echo, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm POE::Component::Server::Echo

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install POE::Component::Server::Echo
