Use the "official libpng" test PNG files for testing (previous files had bugs in them, leading to obscure test failures.)

make libpng constants available

Perl interface to the C library "libpng".

To install Image::PNG::Libpng, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Image::PNG::Libpng

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Image::PNG::Libpng
