Changes for version 0.05 - 2019-02-18

Remove reaping, the way Amazon::DynamoDB does table scans does not account for provisioned read units and will always go over the limit.
Migrate build tooling from Dist::Zilla to Minilla.
Migrate all the tests from Test::More to Test2::V0.

Starch storage backend using Amazon::DynamoDB.

To install Starch::Store::Amazon::DynamoDB, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Starch::Store::Amazon::DynamoDB

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Starch::Store::Amazon::DynamoDB
