Changes for version 1.10 - 2026-09-22

add --viewer to open preview output in an external program.
add --multipreview to open the mapping file beside the preview.
vscode-tiller-map extension for mapping and preview file syntax, in the repository only, not shipped to CPAN.
the command word may now appear after the options as well as before; stray arguments on the command line are now rejected as an error.
