Changes for version 0.011

Preview Release. Core Functionality for Condorcet, Borda TopCount are implemented as well as full methods for IRV and simple (Paired) Condorcet.

simple text tables from 2D arrays, with limited templating options

in lib/Vote/Count/Approval.pm

To install Vote::Count, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Vote::Count

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Vote::Count
