Changes for version 0.27 - 2026-10-21
- Fix a test failure on hosts without JSON::XS.
- A Recipe number with an exponent ({"c":[1e0,3]}) is refused whichever JSON backend JSON.pm picks. JSON::PP decodes 1e0 as an integer where JSON::XS gives a float, so with JSON::PP 0.25 and 0.26 accepted it and failed t/recipe-order.t on install. decode_tag_json now refuses any number with a fraction or an exponent from the JSON text itself.
- New t/json-backend.t runs the check under JSON::PP.
