add tests for GetContactLinks, GetContacts and SyncContactLinks

To install Net::CardDAVTalk, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Net::CardDAVTalk

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Net::CardDAVTalk
