Modules

UMLS::Association
A suite of Perl modules that implement a number of semantic association measures in order to calculate the semantic association between two concepts in the UMLS.
UMLS::Association::CuiFinder
provides the information about CUIs in the association database for the modules in the UMLS::Association package.
UMLS::Association::ErrorHandler
provides the error handeling for the modules in the UMLS-Association package.
UMLS::Association::StatFinder
provides the statistical association information of the concept pairs in the UMLS
