Changes for version 0.05

Addition of commands..
Added a Nickserv password to be sent on startup. Added the ability to send privmsgs to users, or a channel(.msg in DCC chat). Added .nick command to DCC chat to be able to change the bots nick on the fly.

Channel Maintenance IRC bot.

A module to handle sessions for IRC::Bot.

A module to dispatch help for IRC::Bot.

A module to record user quotes for IRC::Bot.

A module for handling seen requests for IRC::Bot.

To install IRC::Bot, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm IRC::Bot

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install IRC::Bot
