the base class Data::Tools::Crypto::Base is renamed to Data::Tools::Crypto. PAUSE indexes a distribution only when it contains a package matching the distribution name, and 1.52 had none, so it was never indexed. no released version ever had the old name, nothing depends on it.

To install Data::Tools::Crypto, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.
