Module::Build doesn't support test_requires, so pushing req to build_requires and changing to Test::Most (andk)

To install Bio::Tools::Primer3Redux, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Bio::Tools::Primer3Redux

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Bio::Tools::Primer3Redux
