Changes for version 0.006 - 2006-01-05

Another "debug Jost Krieger's Smokehouse" release:
- Depends on CPAN.pm now
- When debugging is on, print out what version of CPAN we are using.
Update year number on change history :-)

Pretend that CPAN has downloaded the package in the current directory

To install Test::CPANpm, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test::CPANpm

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test::CPANpm
