Changes for version 2.00_02

This release corresponds to Strawberry Perl October 2009 Beta 2.
Updated to work with Perl::Dist::WiX 1.090 versions.
Library-installing code split off into another module.
DBD::Pg, DB_File, graphics and crypto modules added.
