IO-Prompt-Hooked

Changes for version 0.02

Localized and unset the PERL_MM_USE_DEFAULT in two tests where smoke testers might have been running with it set, thus breaking the tests.

Simple prompting with validation hooks.

To install IO::Prompt::Hooked, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm IO::Prompt::Hooked

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install IO::Prompt::Hooked
