Create a Mini-CPAN for the surveyed modules

in lib/Dist/Surveyor/DB_File.pm

To install Dist::Surveyor, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Surveyor

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Surveyor
