Changes for version 20130414 - 2013-04-16

Initial release. Work started at the Perl QA Hackathon 2013, just after the #LancasterConsensus on environment variables for skipping tests. Work finished (well, for this release) in the train on my way back to home.

Skip test in a declarative way, following the Lancaster Consensus

To install Test::Is, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test::Is

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test::Is
