Changes for version 1.1901

This release just contains a test fix.
The new tests for bad utf-8 fail with Perl 5.8.x where x <= 6. Apparently, utf-8 was just more broken back then. Reported by Andreas Koenig's smokebots.

Stack trace and stack trace frame objects

To install Devel::StackTrace, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Devel::StackTrace

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Devel::StackTrace
