Changes for version 0.31 - 2022-11-28

Fixed handling of the ::0/128 subnet. This is a special subnet(/address) that is called the "unspecified address". It is not public or routable. Reported by Dan Sherry. GH #13.

IPv4 and IPv6 validation methods

To install Data::Validate::IP, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Data::Validate::IP

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Data::Validate::IP
