Changes for version 0.03

Added trace capability, settable with the trace class method.
Argh. Apparently introduced some errors just before uploading. Should be all fixed now.

report deadlocks with stacktrace

To install Thread::Deadlock, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Thread::Deadlock

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Thread::Deadlock
