Changes for version 0.06

Removed the -require- handler: it is possible to set %INC from the @INC handler (I should have read the "perldoc -f require" more carefully.
Now uses the normal handling If there are no skipped lines found: if there are, __FILE__ is now set to what it would be without it having been processed.

To install persona, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm persona

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install persona
