WWW-Translate-interNOSTRUM

Changes for version 0.09

Added more tests.
Changed croaks to carps for the following cases:
- The interNOSTRUM server is down => now it shows a warning and returns undef
- The user doesn't provide any text to be translated => now it shows a warning and returns an empty string
Updated the doc to reflect the new behavior in the first case.

To install WWW::Translate::interNOSTRUM, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm WWW::Translate::interNOSTRUM

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install WWW::Translate::interNOSTRUM
