when killing a build after being prompted, include a line that can be copy-pasted to install all the missing modules via cpanm
speed up index querying when checking for 6 or more modules at once by pulling down a copy of 02packages.details.txt.gz

Check at build/release time if modules are out of date

To install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::PromptIfStale, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::Plugin::PromptIfStale

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::PromptIfStale
