fix handling of non-default repo_root option
repo_root now defaults to $zilla->root, rather than the current directory, to work with Dist::Zilla 7.000

Create files outside the build directory

To install Dist::Zilla::Role::RepoFileInjector, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::Role::RepoFileInjector

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::Role::RepoFileInjector
