Changes for version 0.14

Problems with Bigfloat tests - can't fix them. Moved to `todo' directory. Fixed Bigint tests and warnings in other tests.

To install Set::Infinite, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Set::Infinite
