Changes for version 0.03

Minor fixes to documentation, still learning to package for CPAN :) No code changes.

Query Yandex Catalog for a website's presence, it's Index of Citing, descriptions in the catalog, and the list of categories it belongs to.

To install WWW::Yandex::Catalog::LookupSite, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm WWW::Yandex::Catalog::LookupSite

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install WWW::Yandex::Catalog::LookupSite
