Fix so that classes which implement BUILD themselves still get all attributes passed to their constuctor placed into the instance hash (t0m)

in lib/MooseX/Emulate/Class/Accessor/Fast/Meta/Accessor.pm

in lib/MooseX/Emulate/Class/Accessor/Fast/Meta/Role/Attribute.pm

To install MooseX::Emulate::Class::Accessor::Fast, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm MooseX::Emulate::Class::Accessor::Fast

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install MooseX::Emulate::Class::Accessor::Fast
