Changes for version 0.05 - 2026-10-18
- Add optional Stream->send_some($bytes, limit_to_credit => 1) for advanced multiplexed senders. Keep the default send_some behavior and its accepted-prefix contract unchanged.
- In opt-in mode, cap accepted bytes by the remaining peer Stream and Connection flow-control credit, accounting for queued bytes not yet handed to the QUIC transport.
- Wake only blocked bounded-send producers when an unrelated Stream frees connection-wide transmit queue capacity through ACKs or reset, using existing on_stream_activity and next_active_stream_id hooks.
- Wake waiting Streams on peer MAX_STREAM_DATA increases, with no new event-loop or HTTP dependency.
- Keep all original Net::QUIC APIs and existing bounded-send semantics valid for standalone clients, servers, and protocol engines.
- Add standalone authenticated multi-Stream regression testing bounded queue contention, flow-credit resumption, sibling ACK/reset notifications, payload integrity, and default compatibility.
- Verify Linux Perl 5.20 through 5.44, macOS and Windows and event-loop example smoke tests; validate six concurrent HTTP/3 producers separately in a downstream integration suite.
