Changes for version 0.03 - 2026-10-25
- Add Client request on_transaction callback when a queued request is admitted to its real engine, supporting streaming uploads.
- Add framework-neutral generic socket-wide HTTP1 Upgrade and CONNECT handoff for both Client and Server.
- Add HTTP2/HTTP3 stream-local Extended CONNECT handoff, including peer SETTINGS admission, successful 2xx, 403 rejection, and deferred bounded bidirectional DATA, FIN and output callbacks.
- Fix orphaned speculative HTTP3 connector ownership after peer stream credit recovery and during Client shutdown.
- Make HTTP2/HTTP3 truly optional dependencies, with clear errors only when an unavailable protocol is enabled.
- Require Unblock::HTTP1 0.13; optionally use Unblock::HTTP2 0.13 and Unblock::HTTP3 0.14 when enabled. Keep Uniform::HTTP 0.06.
- Retain framework-neutral protocol policy and canonical Uniform::HTTP messages. Do not ship framework adapters.
