Changes for version 0.13 - 2026-10-18
- Add bounded buffered HTTP/3 receive lifecycle and per-transaction on_data/on_finish callbacks for the unified Unblock::HTTP layer.
- Keep the same native transaction and canonical Uniform message identity; isolate body-limit failures per HTTP/3 stream.
- Require the published standalone Net::QUIC 0.05 distribution and use optional credit-limited Stream->send_some in the HTTP/3 output bridge.
- Rely on Net::QUIC 0.05 targeted shared-capacity waiter notifications, preserving fair progress under multiple slow streaming producers.
- Avoid unbounded retention of completed callback-delivered HTTP/3 Transactions and body buffers in optional pull-notification queues. Retain strong pull-only semantics; mixed callback/pull access works while the Transaction is live.
- Add sustained 2048-request real-QUIC memory and notification-queue regression coverage through the unified integration.
- Remove temporary development Net::QUIC source pins from GitHub Actions.
- Retain native consumer ABI version 1 and the existing public HTTP/3 API.
