Changes for version 0.14 - 2026-10-25

  • Recheck HTTP/3 CONNECT Transaction completion after an outgoing Body::Stream is marked complete, including when its final output flushes synchronously during the writer's complete() call.
  • Fix a lifecycle edge case where the HTTP/3 response, incoming stream and outgoing request FIN had all completed but on_finish never fired without another network event.
  • Preserve protocol-layer callback ordering, stream ownership and existing public APIs. No Linux::Event or other framework coupling.
  • Add real Net::QUIC/TLS CONNECT completion regression coverage; keep the HTTP/3 native consumer ABI at version 1.
