Add color "none" to disable a color
Try to prevent unsupported colors
Also color line-change-indicators (-, +, <, and >) (issue#8)
Add threshold for horizontal diff (issue#9)
Remove one leading space for unified diffs

Add all Term::ANSIColor colors as known
