Changes for version 1.016

Thanks to cpan-testers reports from Solaris platforms I discovered and fixed a bug in the way we handle STDERR. Tests in test file 03 should now pass on Solaris too.

scan C language files for easily recognized constructs.

Slurp constants from specified C header (.h) files

in contrib/lib/ModPerl/CScan.pm

To install C::Scan::Constants, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm C::Scan::Constants

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install C::Scan::Constants
