Changes for version 0.04

Move source file Log.pm to lib/FTN/Log.pm.
Add doc/FILE_ID.DIZ file to source repository.
Reword NAME section in Log.pm POD.
Change Author email to jame@rocasa.us.
Update test directory (t/): remove t/test.pl; add t/00-load.t, t/boilerplate.t, t/pod-coverage.t, and t/pod.t.

Perl extension for logging Fidonet Technology Networks (FTN) related processing.

To install FTN::Log, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm FTN::Log

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install FTN::Log
