Use email address from the config if queue has no addresses defined. Use NO_ENCRYPTION flag when sending errors.

To install RT::Crypt::SMIME, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm RT::Crypt::SMIME

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install RT::Crypt::SMIME
