Changes for version 0.01

Right now, this module only supports ECB mode. I'll try to get CBC and CFB working shortly.

Perl Serpent block cipher encryption module

To install Crypt::Serpent, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Crypt::Serpent

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Crypt::Serpent
