This class represents the parameters used for calling the method SetLoadBalancerPoliciesForBackendServer on the Elastic Load Balancing service. Use the attributes of this class as arguments to method SetLoadBalancerPoliciesForBackendServer.

The keys and values of the hashref will be used to instance the underlying object. The port number associated with the EC2 instance.
The name of the load balancer.
The names of the policies. If the list is empty, then all current polices are removed from the EC2 instance.
