NAME
Paws::DynamoDB::ProvisionedThroughput
USAGE
This class represents one of two things:
Arguments in a call to a service
Use the attributes of this class as arguments to methods. You shouldn't make instances of this class. Each attribute should be used as a named argument in the calls that expect this type of object.
As an example, if Att1 is expected to be a Paws::DynamoDB::ProvisionedThroughput object:
$service_obj->Method(Att1 => { ReadCapacityUnits => $value, ..., WriteCapacityUnits => $value });
Results returned from an API call
Use accessors for each attribute. If Att1 is expected to be an Paws::DynamoDB::ProvisionedThroughput object:
$result = $service_obj->Method(...);
$result->Att1->ReadCapacityUnits
DESCRIPTION
Represents the provisioned throughput settings for a specified table or index. The settings can be modified using the UpdateTable
operation.
For current minimum and maximum provisioned throughput values, see Limits (https://docs.aws.amazon.com/amazondynamodb/latest/developerguide/Limits.html) in the Amazon DynamoDB Developer Guide.
ATTRIBUTES
REQUIRED ReadCapacityUnits => Int
The maximum number of strongly consistent reads consumed per second
before DynamoDB returns a C<ThrottlingException>. For more information,
see Specifying Read and Write Requirements
(https://docs.aws.amazon.com/amazondynamodb/latest/developerguide/WorkingWithTables.html#ProvisionedThroughput)
in the I<Amazon DynamoDB Developer Guide>.
If read/write capacity mode is PAY_PER_REQUEST
the value is set to 0.
REQUIRED WriteCapacityUnits => Int
The maximum number of writes consumed per second before DynamoDB
returns a C<ThrottlingException>. For more information, see Specifying
Read and Write Requirements
(https://docs.aws.amazon.com/amazondynamodb/latest/developerguide/WorkingWithTables.html#ProvisionedThroughput)
in the I<Amazon DynamoDB Developer Guide>.
If read/write capacity mode is PAY_PER_REQUEST
the value is set to 0.
