documented DumpText() and minsleeptime(), export_ok'ed latter
modified so that 0 value for sleepfactor and/or minsleeptime disables feature

yield system in a quasi-intelligent fashion

To install Proc::NiceSleep, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.
