Small modification to Makefile.PL
Corrected the testsuite to look for the character files under the systemroot even if it isn't c:\windows

Interface module for the Microsoft Agent

in lib/Win32/MSAgent.pm

To install Win32::MSAgent, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Win32::MSAgent

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Win32::MSAgent
