Changes for version 2.07

Removed use 5.008; from Makefile.PL this should really make it work with 'older' versions of PERL.

Perl extension for converting TAI64 strings into standard unix timestamps.

To install Time::TAI64, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Time::TAI64

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Time::TAI64
