PDL::Demos::Ellipsometry - PDL demo for spectroscopic ellipsometry analysis

DESCRIPTION

Interactive demo for the Physics::Ellipsometry::VASE module, demonstrating thin-film optical modeling and fitting with PDL.

Launched from the perldl shell:

pdl> demo ellipsometry

Covers synthetic data generation, Cauchy dispersion models, Fresnel equations, multi-layer TMM modeling, and Levenberg-Marquardt fitting. Plots are generated using PDL::Graphics::Simple.

To install Physics::Ellipsometry::VASE, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm

cpanm Physics::Ellipsometry::VASE

CPAN shell
