added print and printf methods added mpeprint(), printop, printopreply functions
changed writerec and fcontrol so that constants can be passed where appropriate

Perl extension for accessing MPE File intrinsics

To install MPE::File, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm MPE::File

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install MPE::File
