clean buffer needs an extra char when emit_spaces=1 and the input has nothing to be removed (RT#41035)

Perl extension for stripping HTML markup from text.

To install HTML::Strip, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm HTML::Strip

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install HTML::Strip
