Fixed typo in XML data for American Samoa
Added 'has_sub_countries' method to determine if a country has any sub countries (some such a Singapore do not). Updated synopsis to show it's use.

convert state, province, county etc. names to/from code

in SubCountry.pm

To install Locale::SubCountry::World, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Locale::SubCountry::World

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Locale::SubCountry::World
