Changes for version 0.03

Removed use of splice to be backwards compatible with perl versions prior to 5.14

This is a port of Chris Veness' AES implementation.

To install Crypt::AES::CTR, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Crypt::AES::CTR

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Crypt::AES::CTR
