Changes for version 2.08

Forgot to include a couple of files in the distribution - they were files used during the 'make test' phase of installation. No effect on functionality here. (Thanks to Tony Cox for the spot)

Implement Server Side Includes in Perl

To install Apache::SSI, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Apache::SSI

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Apache::SSI
