CPAN Testers fixes
Makefile.PL probes for the flags that reveal the XPG4.2 msghdr and the CMSG_* macros.
Descriptor passing is decided by the control-message macros, not by not being Windows.
CC_ERR_NOTREG and CC_ERR_NOFDPASS moved to clamd_conn.h.
t/50-stream.t expects INSTREAM where FILDES cannot work.

To install ClamAV::Clamd, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm ClamAV::Clamd

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install ClamAV::Clamd
