Changes for version 0.01 - 2026-09-09
- Add the <: prefix operator for compile-time constant folding. Fold a constant operand away entirely; copy anything else read-only. Bind as tightly as \ and unary minus. Give a variable declared with <: a value the compiler can read. Pass that value on to subroutines, including calls made while compiling. Retire a variable's recorded value when it is assigned to.
